Welcome to the 49 Terrace. We are a community mall,
located only 2 minutes into Sukhumvit soi 49 from the
busy main street of Sukhumvit road. It is also an easy
and accessible 3 minutes ride from the Bangkok
Sky Train at Prompong station. Our goalis to provide
people in the neighborhood with something beyond
the normal confine of the regular mall.
